I bought them to replace my 6 1/2" Pyle door speakers. I have had no problem with them, they hit pretty hard for door speakers which really surprised me and they were a great price worth the money for sure.
I was sorely disappointed with the sound of these speakers. I put them in the front doors of my Tahoe. The sound was too tinny for me, no bass response. I listen to Classic Rock and it sounded as if I was listening to an AM station. I immediately replaced them. I would not recommend these if you are picky about the sound of your music. They would be fine as an economic replacement if you just listen to the news.
